With the holidays in full swing, it's time to travel back home. But with tons of options domestically it can be a tough decision. Luckily the American Customer Satisfaction Index surveyed the public and found the best and the worst.
The budget airline Spirit ranked the worst in customer service, mostly likely due to the suprise fees some customers experienced. Jet Blue and Southwest on the otherhand came out with high marks for their premium experience.
Seems like Spirit needs to spend some money this holiday season to find out why so many of their customers are unsatisfied.
